What to do, if your Oven has stopped heating up?

As we all know that Oven that has stopped heating up is one of the most common problems that Oven repair & Cooker repair engineers are called to. The problem in most cases is simply a faulty fan Oven element.

There can be the three main faults that we should look for in any Oven or cooker that is not heating. As we know, if an Oven doesn’t get hot or heat up it could be a faulty element, if the fan in the Oven is running and the thermostat light is on, it leads us to believe that the element has gone faulty. If that is the case, we should replace the element gently.

The following symptoms should be apparent when testing your oven or cooker: 1. Make sure your timer is not on auto.
2. Check to see if Fan oven is not heating up.
3. Check to see if fan in the oven is working fine.
4. Check to see if thermostat light is on.
